If you have never suffered from flatulence you are very lucky. The accumulation of gas usually occurs after a meal, especially a rich meal. At times this can be painful and sometimes embarrassing. There are many oils that can help move the gas from within the digestive system, also removing any bloating that may be present.
Directions:
Chamomile, Fennel, Peppermint or Marjoram can be used as a warm compress held over the abdomen. Use 5 drops of one of these oils in a bowl of warm water, using a small towel for the compress.
