The menopause can be a stressful time for many women, for others there is little effect. For those that do suffer typical symptoms are hot flushes, anxiety, sleep less nights and possibly depression. Aromatherapy can go some way in relieving some of these symptoms, but remember to seek professional medical advice if your symptoms persist.
Directions:
Try a blend of these oils in your warm bath water, then lay and relax for approx. 15 minutes, 4 drops Geranium, 3 drops Lavender, 2 drops Chamomile and 1 drop of Ylang-Ylang.
