Usually due to a blow on the nose and very common in children. Other causes can be humid weather, excitement or even stress. As always if nosebleeds persist you should consult a doctor.
Directions:
For nosebleeds we need to aid the bodies system in clotting the blood in the nasal area. Lemon oil will aid this clotting and can be used in one of 2 ways. Firstly , add a couple of drops of the Lemon oil to ice cold water, soak a cotton wool pad in the mixture and place on the bridge of the nose. Alternatively place, carefully, a piece of this cotton wool soaked in the mixture in the nasal passage.
