Aching feet in todays environment are all too common. Although a relax in a warm bath is some peoples preferred method, aromatherapy offers another alternative.
Directions:
A nice treat for your tired, aching feet is to soak them in a foot spa with 3 drops of Lavender and 2 drops of Peppermint essential oils added to the warm water, if you do not have a foot spa just use a large bowl, with warm water in, to soak your feet.
