Many of us are prone to bouts of nausea at one time or another whilst travelling. Children especially suffer travel sickness and the following remedy, if kept close to hand, can help alleviate that sick feeling.
Directions:
Ginger is an excellent travel oil, it is also well known for alleviating seasickness. 2 or 3 drops placed on a handkerchief or tissue and inhaled should work quite well. Alternatively, 3 drops of Ginger essential oil diluted in 5ml of Almond oil then massaged into the abdomen should help.
